Infosys Limited is seeking a passionate and technically skilled Associate Business Analyst - GIS to join our Application Development and Maintenance team in Hyderabad. Role Overview:

As an Associate Business Analyst - GIS, you will play a key role in building geospatial solutions for various business needs using platforms such as ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Mobile. You'll be involved in everything from initial development to post-go-live support, working closely with functional and testing teams to ensure delivery of high-quality GIS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy GIS solutions using technologies such as ArcGIS Desktop, Telvent ArcFM, ArcGIS Server (JavaScript API, TypeScript, HTML5, Silverlight), ArcGIS Online, Web App Builder, and ArcGIS Mobile.
• Develop applications based on functional design documents and configure GIS packages as per business needs.
• Create GIS-based Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prepare engaging business user demos.
• Design forms, workflows, and portlets; handle system integrations and mobile development.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to identify and test functional areas.
• Keep up with the latest GIS industry trends and be open to learning new tools and technologies.
• Act as a team player, assisting with functional issues and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Educational background in MCA, ME, MSc, MTech, BE, BTech, BSc, or BCA.
• 1–2 years of hands-on GIS experience with a strong focus on development and deployment.
• Deep understanding of ESRI's ArcGIS suite and experience with GIS product architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript and TypeScript, and exposure to ArcGIS Mobile platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in team settings.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
• Exposure to GIS-based consulting or projects is an added advantage.
